B2B Adaptive Wellness Infrastructure · Abu Dhabi

The future of wellbeing
isn't more data.
It's better days.

AERA designs the perfect plan based on your energy, mood and goals—helping wellness facilities translate approved biometric inputs into personalised journeys through the spaces they already operate.

The member app is currently an interactive prototype. Live wearable integrations and production infrastructure are planned for phase one.

The Business Opportunity

Facilities have the spaces. Members have the data. Operators still lack orchestration.

Wearable platforms can show members sleep, strain and recovery signals, while facilities offer a growing mix of movement, thermal and restorative spaces.

Aera is designed as the layer between them: a facility-branded experience that turns approved inputs into a clear route for that visit.

For operators, the goal is practical: make the existing offer easier to understand, use and measure without asking members to interpret another dashboard.

Wearables report the signal. Aera is designed to turn it into a facility journey.

Planned Product Flow

Connect.
Interpret.
Route.

The prototype demonstrates the intended experience. Production integrations, scoring infrastructure and operator controls form part of phase-one development.

Facility Journey
01

Connect an approved input

In phase one, members would be able to connect supported wearables with explicit permission. Oura, Whoop and Apple Watch are planned integrations; they are not live in the current prototype.

Planned for phase one
02

Translate signals into guidance

The proposed Frequency Index™ organises approved inputs across five wellness dimensions: Regulation, Coherence, Vitality, Presence and Recovery. The current prototype uses sample or manually entered values to demonstrate this concept.

Recommend a facility route

Aera would match the member's current state to the spaces and protocols available at that operator's facility, creating a clear journey while keeping the operator's brand and member relationship at the centre.

Configured for each operator

B2B First

A facility product designed around operator value.

Aera's first commercial route is business-to-business. Facilities would license a branded platform configured around their rooms, protocols and member experience.

Commercial terms would be scoped directly with each operator as the production product is developed.

01
Clarify the member journeyTurn a complex mix of spaces and services into one guided experience.
02
Activate existing spacesConfigure recommendations around the facility an operator already runs.
03
Keep the operator brand centralDevelop the member experience as a white-label or co-branded product.
04
Create measurable operating insightPhase one would define consented analytics for journey use, engagement and facility planning.

Reference Facility Modules

Map guidance to
the spaces you operate.

These reference modules demonstrate how the proposed routing system could map to an operator's real facility. Final configurations would depend on available spaces, approved protocols and phase-one product development.

Breath & Regulation Zone
01

Regulation · Presence

Breath & Regulation Zone

Breathwork · Guided Downshift · Quiet Practice

A quiet room or low-stimulation corner could host operator-approved breathing and downshift guidance within the proposed journey.

Sound & Recovery Zone
02

Coherence · Vitality

Sound & Recovery Zone

Guided Audio · Rest · Recovery

An existing studio or rest space could become a guided audio and recovery stop without requiring a specialist room.

Pool & Thermal Zone
03

Regulation · Recovery

Pool & Thermal Zone

Pool · Thermal Experience · Rest

A pool or thermal area could become one configured stop when it fits the operator's approved member journey.

Movement Zone
04

Vitality · Presence

Movement Zone

Pilates · Yoga · Guided Movement

Movement options could be configured by intensity, format and the classes or studios available at that facility.

Sauna & Heat Zone
05

Vitality · Recovery

Sauna & Heat Zone

Infrared · Traditional Heat · Recovery

Heat spaces could be included where operator-approved protocols and member suitability allow.

Cold & Contrast Zone
06

Cold & Contrast Zone

Cold Plunge · Contrast · Guided Exposure

Cold exposure could be included only within operator-approved protocols and appropriate member guidance.

Light & Passive Recovery Zone

Light & Passive Recovery Zone

Near-Infrared · Passive Recovery · Rest

Existing light or passive recovery spaces could be configured as optional stops within the facility journey.

Proposed Phase-One Scope

From interactive prototype to a secure B2B product.

The items below describe the intended development scope, not features that are live today. Commercial structure would combine product development, implementation and a recurring facility license.

Wearable Integration Layer

Build and validate approved connections for Oura, Whoop and Apple Watch, subject to their platform requirements.

Production Member Experience

Develop the current concept into a secure, operator-branded member product.

Routing & Zone Configuration

Define the scoring logic and map recommendations to each operator's approved spaces and protocols.

Operator Dashboard

Create permission-based operating insight around adoption, journey use and facility engagement.

Implementation & Training

Configure the facility experience and prepare staff to explain the product clearly and consistently.

Privacy & Governance

Define consent, access, retention, deletion, security and data-residency requirements before production use.

B2B commercial model: product development, implementation and recurring licensing are scoped directly with each operator.

Product Status

Clear about what exists today.

Aera is currently an interactive product prototype created to demonstrate the intended member journey and B2B facility proposition.

Data & Trust

Production data architecture will be defined in phase one.

The current prototype uses sample or manually entered values to demonstrate the experience. It does not contain live wearable integrations and should not be treated as a production account system.

Phase-one requirements

  • Explicit member consent before any wearable connection
  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Collect only the data required for the agreed experience
  • Role-based access and clear operator boundaries
  • Defined retention, export and deletion controls
  • No sale of member data or use for advertising
  • Data-residency and legal review before launch

Aera is intended as a wellness guidance product, not a tool for diagnosis or treatment.

Common Questions

Clear answers for operators.

Aera is an interactive prototype and B2B product concept. It demonstrates how approved biometric inputs could become a personalised route through a wellness facility.

No. Oura, Whoop and Apple Watch integrations are planned for phase-one development and would be subject to each platform's technical and approval requirements.

Aera is pursuing a B2B model first, working with wellness facilities, gyms and hospitality operators that want a clearer, branded member journey across their existing spaces.

Production data handling has not yet been implemented. Phase one will define explicit consent, encryption, minimum necessary collection, role-based access, retention, deletion and data-residency requirements before launch.

The product direction is to configure Aera around the spaces an operator already has. Final requirements would depend on the facility, its protocols and the production scope agreed during development.

There is no public price list yet. Product development, implementation and recurring licensing would be scoped directly with each operator.

Aera is intended as a wellness guidance product, not for diagnosis or treatment. Production positioning, claims and protocols will require appropriate review before launch.
